The unit acts under the advisory arm of BDO, the largest consulting company in Israel, dealing with a wide variety of business consultation areas that inspire and professionally support strategic processes led by the strategy unit.

The Screening Process
Our screening process is a unique five stage process.
The process allows us to get to know you and for you to get to know us.
The stages of the process include analytic testing, professional interviews and personal interviews.
Each candidate meets each one of the managing partners of the strategic unit for mutual acquaintance.
Out of hundreds of applicants submitting their CV's during the first round, we summon a few dozens for examination and eventually accept one or two applicants.
Career Path
Joining BDO's Strategy Unit means taking part in the development of Israel's economic and business strategy.
The position includes work opposite management boards and directorates of leading companies, market analysis including interviews with market experts in Israel and around the world, analysis of economic and financial statements, resolution of complex business situations, and participation in the examination of business alternatives and drafting of recommendations for strategic moves.
As a strategic consultant at BDO, you will be required to take part in teams in various industries, learn and grow from one year to the next in respect of accumulated knowledge and experience, areas of responsibility and scope of management.
