The term " stakeholder cooperation" incorporates various processes through which the organization transmits information, requests feedback, consults and promotes joint activity with all the entities it influences and by which it is influenced (below are the stakeholders). The cooperation process has a number of objectives: transmission of information as a way of generating trust between the company and the public. Feedback requests – learning the results of the organization's activity for improvement and consultation purposes allows it to learn the stakeholders' insights for development of better work plans and promotion of innovative processes within the organization, which contribute to generating value for the company and stakeholders.
The method proposed by the Group includes stakeholder identification and characterization, focusing the dialogue, planning and executing cooperation processes, integrating insights into work procedures and communicating corporate responsibility to all stakeholders.
