Tzachi Shalev

CEO of Synergy Employment Promotion Ltd., a BDO subsidiary in partnership with the Israeli Employment Center and Shalev Rehabilitation Services. The company operates projects and programs aimed at promoting the inclusion of diverse populations—people with disabilities, as well as both young and older adults.

For 12 years, Tzachi led the business development efforts at Shelev, a company specializing in psychosocial services for diverse populations, and he currently serves as a partner and board member.

With over 15 years of experience in managing, establishing, and developing organizations and projects, Tzachi brings expertise in entrepreneurship, financial management, analytical thinking, and the integration of information systems and technology within organizations.
