CEO of Mafteach Employment, a BDO subsidiary in partnership with the Kemach Foundation (NGO), which operates Kivun employment centers aimed at promoting employment among the ultra-Orthodox population in the Greater Jerusalem area and the north.

Yechiel has extensive experience in managing social projects and has been working for over a decade to integrate and promote employment within the ultra-Orthodox community.

His vision is to build bridges and foster connections within Israeli society through inclusion and partnership in the workforce.

•  B.A. in Political Science and Education from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem
•  M.A. in Public Policy from Bar-Ilan University
•  MBA in Business Administration from Ariel University
