Dani Margalit, Chairman of the Advisory Board

Dani Margalit, currently serves as the head of the ADVISORY BOARD at the firm and previously served as the firm's chairman and a CPA with extensive experience in providing consulting and accounting services.

Most of his work is in the high-tech field, for leading Israeli, American and European companies in their field. Engages, among other things, in business support, support in IPO processes in Israel and around the world, and consulting and assistance in merger and/or acquisition processes. As the chairman of BDO ISRAEL, he is involved in the forums of the global BDO network and represents the firm in working with the network and in contacts with international clients of the network all over the world.

Erez Soffer, CHAIRMAN & CEO

CPA, has many years of experience in the provision of consulting and accounting services. Mr Soffer specializes in banking, finance, healthcare and non-profit organizations.  Mr. Soffer is highly knowledgeable and experienced in the fields of banking and finance and has been guiding the majority of banks in Israel in areas of audit, accounting counsel and risk management.  In addition, he has extensive experience in the capital market and has taken part in dozens of placements in Israel, the United States and the United Kingdom.  Mr. Soffer holds a BA in Accounting and Economics from the Ben-Gurion University and an MBA in Finance from the Tel-Aviv University.

Shahar Ziv, CHAIRMAN & CEO

CPA, has many years of experience in providing consultation and accounting services, particularly in the field of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and project finance.  As part of his previous position as head of BDO Consulting firm, Mr. Ziv consulted leading firms in Israel and was in charge of management and supervision for variety of projects in both the private and the public sector.  Mr. Ziv has extensive experience in guiding and consulting organizations in the fields of venture capital and capital structure, and has led some of the most complex acquisitions and financial transactions in Israel.  In addition, Mr. Ziv serves as Head of the Valuation Department in the BDO International Network.  Mr. Ziv holds a BA in Accounting and Economics and an MA in Finance and Accounting from the Tel-Aviv University.
